FrostKey is not a law firm and does not provide legal, ethics, cybersecurity, insurance, regulatory, or other professional advice. Information, templates, monitoring summaries, recommendations, reports, workflows, and other materials are provided for operational and governance support only.
Users should consult qualified counsel and other appropriate professionals before making legal, regulatory, ethical, contractual, court-related, security, or professional-responsibility decisions.
FrostKey does not certify that a firm, policy, AI capability, configuration, record, or governance program complies with any law, rule, court order, professional standard, client requirement, insurer expectation, or contractual obligation. Use of FrostKey does not guarantee prevention of errors, sanctions, claims, breaches, losses, or other adverse outcomes.
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information entered into FrostKey, the people given access, the decisions recorded, the policies adopted, the AI capabilities approved or prohibited, and all professional work and final outputs.
FrostKey supports visibility, documentation, workflow discipline, and evidence. It does not independently approve AI tools, make legal decisions, or assume responsibility for the customer’s governance program.
AI systems and AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, misleading, or fabricated information. Material outputs, recommendations, classifications, summaries, and drafts should be reviewed by a qualified person before reliance, filing, communication, approval, or use.
FrostKey may surface legal, ethics, insurer, client, vendor, privacy, security, model, integration, and product developments for review. Monitoring is not guaranteed to identify every relevant development, and surfaced information may require independent verification and professional interpretation.
Use of FrostKey, receipt of materials, or communications with FrostKey does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, consulting, or other professional advisory relationship unless expressly established in a separate signed written agreement.
FrostKey may document, reference, link to, or integrate with third-party software, AI providers, hosting, payment, authentication, email, analytics, or other services. FrostKey does not control or warrant their availability, security, privacy, terms, accuracy, models, outputs, or future changes.
Customers are responsible for deciding what information may be submitted to FrostKey. Do not upload unnecessary privileged, client matter, regulated, or highly sensitive information. Customers should ensure they have appropriate authority, safeguards, agreements, and internal approval before submitting information.
FrostKey reports, exports, records, and governance packages reflect information available in the customer’s workspace at the time they are generated. They should not be represented as independent certification, legal opinion, audit opinion, insurance approval, or proof that every applicable requirement has been satisfied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FrostKey and its materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” FrostKey does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every firm, jurisdiction, client, matter, insurer, or use case.
Outcomes depend on each firm’s personnel, systems, policies, data quality, technology, access controls, review practices, training, and implementation. FrostKey cannot ensure that users follow documented rules or that unauthorized or Shadow AI activity will never occur.
AI technology, legal requirements, professional standards, vendor practices, and security expectations evolve. FrostKey may update this Disclaimer. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
